Letter from Sir John Latham to Leslie M. Henderson, 5 November, 1962, re the Constitution of the Native Fauna Conservation Society. Letter is signed and corrections are in Sir John Latham's hand. A note is attached from Leslie M. Henderson in which she refers to the constitution being drawn up is for the Native Fauna Conservation Society. A draft constitution based on the Legal Women's Association of Victoria, was sent to John Latham for suggestions and comments.
